The subject comes from the crude dehydration system renovation project of Xin'er station from dongxin production plant.Since the crude oil transmission line of Xin'er station has been directly inserted into the crude oil transmission line of Xin-three joint station after the renovation project,the crude oil of the Xin'er station needs to be processed into purified crude which is output.So we transform the dehydration system of Xin'er station in this article,to ensure that the moisture content of the treated oil is less than 1%.According to the project's design requirements,we respectively analyze the oil quality of oil production 2 team,23 team,and 30 team.We measured that the oil is heavy oil and it's mixed density is 939.8kg/m3.We did respective experiments for predissociation the three crude oil produced fluids.By analyzing the experimental datum,we detected when the amount of demulsifier is 300 mg / L and buffer time is 45 min,crude oil moisture content can be reduced to 49.9%.Depending on the different dehydration process,the project designs two sets of dehydration process which is thermochemical settling and electrochemical settling.According to the tank settling dehydration experiment analysis,when the dehydration temperature is 70? and the settling time is 28 h,the water content of crude oil drops to 0.8%.But the station has no place to build two new 2000m3 sedimentation tank,and because of the Xin'er station is in the city center,land expansion is difficult.Considering the feed water requirementing of the electric dehydrator,we did the crude oil thermal subsidence dehydration experiment.We respectively did dehydration experiment at 50?,60?,65? and 70? for the separator outlet moisture 50% of mixed oil(mixed ratio of 2 team: 23 team: 30 team= 1:2.3:1.4).According to the experimental results,when the dehydration temperature of 60? and the settlement time of 1 h,moisture content of crude oil can be reduced to 20% around.According to the electric dehydration experiment of the crude oil at 50?,60?,65? and 70? four ladder temperature,under 1.1 kV/cm field intensity?60? and 2 h,crude oil moisture content is 0.8%,which meet the condition of the transmission oil water < 1%.In summary,the project selects process electrochemical dehydration to reach the crude oil dehydration process requirements of Xin'er station.In addition,considering that the non organization gas emissions of the purification tank's breathing valve will cause environmental pollution,we design a set of tank suction device,to recover the purification tank breathing gas.
