| Block JangQiao is a new block of Heavy oil and lies outlying areas of the Ninth Factory,it is exploit experiment step now. disposing Heavy oil encountered more difficult than the general on the recovery and transport of crude oil,because Heavy oil is a complex mixture of hydrocarbons,it comprise more asphaltine and colloid,characterized by high density,high viscosity,poor mobility,mobile feature far from Newton law,making it difficult to normal recovery and transport,in order to recovery this Block more effectively and economically,this paper start from indoor experiments, researched systematacially Physical properties and Rheologic properties and dehydration technology of Block QiangQiao Heavy oil, consisting of several parts as follows:Analyzed density,pour point,freezing point,initial boiling point,wax content,asphaltine,colloid,sulfur content and other physical chemical properties of Heavy oil,and researched formulate method of Heavy oil and effect factors;researched systematacially the effects of heating temperature,shear rate,water content ratio and demulsifier on the Heavy oil viscosity;in order to give the best dehydration means,had two stages thermo-chemical dehydration experiment and electrical dehydration experiment,discussed the effects of heating temperature,dewatering time,emulsifier,the field intensity and the pole on the Heavy oil dehydration.Through the above research,understood the Change law of Heavy oil Physical properties,recognized the Rheologic propertes of Heavy oil evolution and researched dehydration technology of Block JiangQiao,given theoretical basis on estimating of crude oil and recognizing of underground percolation principle,established Heavy oil recovery programmes and transport programmes,and given the best dehydration method.it is great significant for recoverying effectively and lowing operational costs of ground. |
