Combination flooding technology in many oil fields at home and abroad for field applications,in general,has achieved good results.The technology has broad prospects for development.However,the experimental study on the method of reducing the viscosity of the heavy oil reservoir is not systematic.On the microcosmic aspect,the research on the mechanism of viscoelastic and polymer binary flooding mechanism does not form a complete scientific system.It is urgent to study the method of optimizing the injection of viscosity reduction and optimization of heavy oil reservoirs,and provide theoretical support for field application And technical guidance.In order to study the optimal injection method of viscosity reduction in heavy oil reservoirs,this paper evaluated the viscosity reduction,interfacial tension and temperature and salt tolerance of 14 kinds of viscosity reducers by laboratory experiment.And the parallel heterogeneous core flooding experiment was carried out to further confirm the parameters such as the order of injection of the polymer and the viscosity reducer,the injection slug and the injection concentration in the process of alternating flooding,and compared with the flooding effect of the composite flooding,in order to gain the optimized flooding method.Finally,combined with the flat panel visual model,the study of non-homogeneous stratigraphy with different permeability difference,the oil displacement effect of polymer and viscosity reducer in different ways was obtained.The optimized injection method was obtained.The results show(1)viscosity reducer of Huan-10,Huan-16 and AG-166 were selected to be the best results.(2)In the course of the study,it was considered that "(polymer 0.2PV + viscosity reducer 0.1PV)was alternated twice and then 0.04 PV polymer solution" was optimized by comparing the multi-cycle alternation of the polymer / viscosity reducer.(3)The results show that the flooding effect of the polymer / viscous composite flood drive is better than that of the reciprocal flooding.Therefore,the optimization scheme is: water flooding + polymer / polymer / Reducer compound flood drive 0.64 PV + secondary water drive.
