Offshore oil field as an important strategic resource,will become China’s oil exploration and development of the important battlefield.Marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry is to achieve the basis and means of marine oil and gas development.The configuration and layout of the drilling system is particularly critical in the design of the jack-up drilling platform.How to carry out a set of well-designed,reliable,cost-effective and well-designed drilling systems is a key issue in marine oil and gas development.Based on the "SD-400 Jackup Drilling Platform Integrated Innovation" project of Shandong Province,this paper discusses the configuration and optimization of jack-up drilling platform.This paper investigates the world’s advanced jack-up drilling platform,analyzes the main technical parameters,establishes the drilling system evaluation index system,and provides the research foundation for the optimization of drilling system configuration.The main equipment used in the jack-up drilling platform is matched and calculated,and the equipment configuration planning is analyzed.The matching calculation is used to provide reference for the subsequent equipment configuration and layout optimization of the jack-up drilling platform.According to the previous calculation and evaluation index system,the fuzzy AHP method based on entropy weight is used to optimize the drilling equipment and generate the drilling system configuration.Aiming at the layout of the drilling system of the jack-up drilling platform,the layout optimization of the platform mechanical deck is carried out by using the correlation graph and the relation graph method.The results show that the above two algorithms can effectively optimize the layout of the drilling system by designing the dynamic ant colony genetic algorithm and the simulation experiment.The results show that the above two algorithms can effectively optimize the layout of the drilling system by optimizing the fusion point evaluation strategy,improving the pheromone updating method and adjusting the iterative threshold.Using Visual C ++ Programming Language and MySQL Database System to Develop Self-elevating Drilling Platform Intelligent Equipment Information Management System.It can realize the five modules of drilling platform information management,drilling platform equipment configuration information management,drilling equipment configuration management,target platform equipment configuration management,target platform layout optimization.For the design of jack-up drilling platform to provide information support.
