With the development of petroleum industry,the transportation process of modern pipeline industry becomes more and more complex.In order to maintain the optimal operation of the pipeline,the key is to grasp the changing law of working conditions.Pipeline simulation technology with its ability to truly reproduce the pipeline oil flow rule advantage,become an effective tool for long distance pipeline design and operation management,bring huge benefits for the pipeline industry.The western crude oil pipeline length studied in this paper is 324.25 km,annual design throughput of 5 million tons,the operation dynamics is complex and the management level is higher.As the scheduling managers need to consider many factors in the work,so the need for simulation technology to establish a pipeline simulation model.At the same time,the accident condition is simulated and the database of accident condition is established,so as to better grasp the changing process of thermal process and hydraulic process of crude oil pipeline,provide scientific basis for safety production of crude oil pipeline.On the basis of this model,the operating interface of the imitation SCADA system is developed with VB.The interface overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional simulation software,such as high difficulty in operation,which reduces the difficulty of the simulation application.And can be used for dispatcher training,improve dispatchers find the risk and ability to deal with emergency events.Based on the model,the pressure wave velocity is studied creatively.By closing the pump,the transmission characteristics of pressure wave in the pipeline are simulated according to the pressure variation along the line.Reveal the transfer distance,temperature and oil density,pressure,diameter,wall thickness,pipeline elastic modulus on the effect of pressure wave propagation velocity through simulation results.It is found that the oil temperature and pipe diameter both have a critical point.The calculation formula of the pressure wave velocity in this pipeline is obtained.Finally,the accuracy of this formula is verified by comparing with the transmission speed of the pressure wave in the actual working conditions.Finally,after analyzing the existing methods of shutdown and restart,the shutdown restart pressure is studied.The influences of various factors on restart pressure were obtained by modifying the stop time,pipe diameter,pipe diameter,wall thickness,elastic modulus of pipelines,bulk modulus of oil,oil density,and the starting temperature of the crude oil.It is found that the factor of stopping transportation has a critical change point.Finally through the statistical analysis software SPSS,three correlation coefficients of Spearman,Kendall and Pearson are calculated.The influence degree of each factor was obtained and the key research directions were pointed out for follow-up work.
