Analysis Of The Impact Of Marketization Reform On Petrochina Company Limited

Marketization is the basic characteristic and basic direction of deepening the reform of petroleum and natural gas industry in China.Oil and gas industry market reform is also a comprehensive strategic plan for deepening reform in the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.It is also the inherent requirement for the healthy development of the petroleum industry and the improvement of the energy security level.The current international oil prices remain low,the domestic oil and gas market supply and demand is relatively loose,with further promote the reform of the oil and gas industry market conditions.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the impact of the oil and gas market reform policies of the state on the oil companies,and provide reference for enterprises to deal with the next step of reform.In this paper,through the theoretical analysis and the experience of other countries’ oil and gas industries and enterprises,we can draw the reasonable path and the expected results of the market-oriented reform of China’s oil and gas industry.Then combined with the national market reform policy in recent years,we can analyze changes of production data before and after the market reform of oil and gas,referring to the investigation and interview in oil production operation,evaluate the influence which market-oriented reform in the petroleum brings to PetroChina.Next,based on the above analysis results,we use SWOT analysis to clear PetroChina’s advantages and disadvantages in the current market and policy environment,and the opportunities and challenges which it will meet.At last,suggestions in three aspects,——adjusting the enterprise strategy,optimizing the layout of the industrial chain and enhancing the international level of the company are got to meet market reform of petroleum and continue strengthening the market status of oil and gas.
