The problems existing in the horizontal stratified consolidation method for a gold mine are introduced:(1)The overburden of mining roadway leads to high mining cost and low economic benefit;(2)When mining,the stope filling is difficult,the roof is not complete with the filling body,and the upper layer is dangerous when mining;(3)After each mining,it needs to be combined with shotcrete,complicated mining technology,low production efficiency and small production capacity;(4)The approach mining is the single-headed roadway tunneling,and the ventilation condition of the stope is poor.Based on the optimization of mining methods and stope str ucture parameters optimization as the key research content,through indoor experiment,numerical simulation and theoretical analys is method,the safe,economic and broken orebody mining research,draw the following main achievements.(1)Investigate the mine site field,understand the current production situation of mine,collect relevant geology and ore body data.Refer to a large number of literature,understand the broken orebody mining method and the status quo of the stope structure parameters of the pr esent study,learning the theory of mature experience,the theory basis for follow-up work papers.(2)Field drill specimens of ores,mining in Guizhou university college laboratory research on physical and mechanical parameters of test specimens of ores,through the determination of rock density,uniaxial compression deformation test,tensile test and shear strength test,numerical simulation for the subsequent provide reliable mechanical parameters of rock mass.(3)By combining the numerical simulation with the unascertained measure theory,the security of three alternative mining methods is analyzed by numerical simulation,and as the index of the optimization model.Combining with mine practice experience,the optimized stope production capacity and so on 11 influence mining method selection of indicators,the use of information entropy to calculate the objective weight of every index,the introduction of confidence identification criterion to evaluate,sorted according to the superior degrees at the same time,build mining method selection based on the theory of the unascertained measure model.Ultimately determine the optimal mining method that is next to the deep hole mining is made between flat-back cut and fill method,this method can effectively solve the problems of the current mining,expand the mine production capacity,reduce the mining cost,improve mine economic benefit.(4)According to the deep hole next to the characteristics of the ore is made between flat-back cut and fill method,mining experience and orebody characteristics,the numerical simulation software FLAC3 D stope structure parameters optimization research,finally it is concluded that width of stope structure parameters of stope is 4.5 m,height of 15 m or width is 5 m,height of 13 m,stope arranged along the strike,the length of 100 m.More reasonable,recommended.The mining method and the structure parameters are verified to meet the demand of mine.(5)The results of this study have important guiding significance to the field practice of the gold mine,and it can also provide theoretical basis for gold mining under the condition of "three soft".
