Xinqiao Coal Mine is located in Yongcheng City,Henan Province.There are various types of structural developments in the field,which are cut by the main water control structure,and the block features of the hydrogeological conditions of the mine are obvious;At the same time,the floor aquifuge of the main coal seam of Xinqiao Minefield has complex structure and various combinations.Based on the above hydrogeological background,this paper carried out the research on the division of the hydrogeological block and the vertical structure of the Xinqiao Minefield.Through the exploration and sampling of the floor aquifuge,the composition,physical properties parameters and permeability of the main stratum of the floor were carried out.The test obtained the floor aquifuge resistance to mining damage by way of numerical simulation and field measurement.Finally,the floor aquifuge water-resisting ability of Xinqiao Minefield was obtained through comprehensive analysis.The main research results of this paper include as follows:(1)Statistical analysis of distribution characteristics of various water-control structures such as faults(fault throw greater than 20 meters),igneous rock bands and macroscopic anticlines in the minefield was carried out,on the basis,minefields were further divided into 6 relatively independent hydrogeological blocks;Through the analysis of existing 2775 grouting drilling data,the hydrogeological characteristics of each block,the thickness distribution of the floor aquifuge,and the structural combination characteristics are obtained.Four vertical structural combination models of the floor aquifuge were summarized.(2)95 rock samples from 12 major layers of the floor were obtained by drilling,and the composition,mechanical strength and permeability of each rock sample were determined by means of rock mineral identification,uniaxial compression(shear,tensile)test and permeability test.The test analysis shows that the floor aquifuge has low porosity and low permeability,and has high mechanical strength and good permeation resistance.(3)By installation of the floor mining failure monitoring system on the typical working panel,the maximum mining damage depth(27 meters)of the floor was obtained.Combined with numerical simulation analysis,the whole process of the deformation and failure of the floor was revealed,and the maximum damage depth was acquired to be 24 meters.Through the comparison between field measurementand simulation,the location and stability characteristics of the key construction in the aquifuge were obtained.(4)Through the above research,a comprehensive evaluation model for the anti-destruction ability and anti-penetration ability of the floor aquifuge with the key layer as the core was established;on this basis,the floor aquifuge water-resisting ability before and after the grouting transformation of the typical working panel were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.
