The hydrocyclone is widely used in industrial production practice because of its simple structure,strong operability and good sorting effect.However,due to the simultaneous existence of classifying and concentration,the classification accuracy is limited,especially the problem of underflow clamping,which seriously affects the classification performance of the hydrocyclone.The rewashing hydrocyclone used in this paper adds a flushing water structure to reduce the influence of the underflow confinement problem.This experimental study is based on the completion of laboratory research,and the industrial test of the rewashing hydrocyclone in the coarse coal slime sorting system of Taixi Coal Washing Plant.The experimental results show that the bottom outlet diameter is 50mm,the feed pressure is 0.25MPa,and the secondary flushing water pressure is 0.04MPa as the optimal parameter combination,so that the classification efficiency of the rewashing hydrocyclone reaches 75.97%.The classification efficiency of the hydrocyclone depends firstly on the inlet pressure,and secondly on the secondary flushing water pressure,and there is an interaction between the secondary flushing water pressure and the inlet pressure and the bottom orifice diameter.The correlation equation is?=21-0.386Du(10)301pi(10)179 pf-4.22Du*pf-119 pi*pf.The flushing water pressure is positively correlated with the overflow product concentration and negatively correlated with the underflow product concentration.The value of the possible deviation decreases first and then increases with the increase of the flushing pressure,that is,the classification accuracy increases first and then decreases.The relationship equation obtained by the test isE_f=310.5 p_f~2-94.21p_f(10)34.22.The flushing water pressure and the classification particle size show a positive correlation linear relationship,and the correlation equation isd_m=232.55p_f(10)89.11.As the flushing water pressure increases,the classification efficiency of the rewashing hydrocyclone increases first and then decreases,and when the flushing pressure value is 0.20 MPa,the classification efficiency reaches a maximum of 58.78%,which increased by 18%compared with no flushing water.
