Mine hoisting system is an important part of coal mine production activities.With the increase of hoisting height and hoisting load,the requirement for the safety and reliability of hoisting wire rope is getting higher and higher.At present,there is no perfect measurement method for the tension load and dynamic characteristics of hoisting wire rope under actual working conditions.Therefore,this paper adopts the research method of combining theory with actual data analysis.The transverse vibration model of single rope and multi-rope hoisting system is established,and the relationship between the natural frequency and tension of the rope is studied,and the dynamic characteristics of the rope are discussed.A real-time measuring system for safety detection of mine hoisting system is established,which identifies and measures the vibration displacement and tension of the string,and provides theoretical and technical support for load detection of the hoisting rope.Firstly,the dynamic characteristics of hoisting string are studied in this paper.The governing equations of the lateral vibration inside and outside the chord plane are established and discretized and solved numerically,and the free vibration modes of the fixed string model at both ends and the axially moving string model are analyzed.The method of visual recognition and measurement of vibration displacement is given.By comparing the frequency domain analysis of theoretical calculation and measured data,the dynamic characteristics of the transverse vibration of the string are discussed,and the validity of the theoretical model and visual recognition measurement method is verified.Secondly,the frequency domain analysis of real-time data is studied in this paper.Frequency domain analysis of measured vibration displacement data based on Morlet wavelet is presented,and the flow chart of real-time data frequency domain analysis is given.The bandwidth parameters of the wavelet are optimized based on the entropy method,and the matching of the length of the vibration displacement data is discussed.The algorithm of dynamic change of the center frequency range of the wavelet base is established,and the real-time frequency domain analysis results in the whole period are given.The accuracy of the measured multi-order frequency values is processed based on correlation analysis.Finally,the real-time measurement system is designed.The data acquisition process of visual recognition system is established,and high performance industrial cameras are selected,and the layout of the system is completed based on theoretical calculation.The software design of the measurement system is completed on the basis of integrating the contents of camera interface control,OPENCV image preprocessing,MFC interface design,visual recognition measurement algorithms,MATLAB data frequency domain analysis and early warning function.The performance of the measurement system is evaluated based on the measurement resolution,accuracy,real-time measurement and detection failure rate,and effective research on measurement of tension load of string is realized.
