Human bone composition by nanoscale hydroxyapatite,collagen and other trace elements in ingredient,and it composition by Haversian bone cells arranged in microstructure,its excellent biological and mechanical properties depends on the composite ingredient and the precision micro hierarchy.The paper used orientation electrospinning technique and impregnation techniques preparation the fiber membrane composite of collagen and HA,its similar to the bone plate in human Haversian bone structure in the chemical composition and the microstructure.and used the fiber preparation bone implantation material by well-aligned,this material have classification structure and similar to human bone microstructure.Research the influence of orientation electrospinning to composite fiber orientation degree in roller rotation speed.And research the influence of calcination temperature,the HA particles content and impregnation parameters to the composite film microstructure.And test the mechanical properties and biological properties of the bone implant material.The results show:The spinning solution composition of macromolecular PVP and HA nano-particle mass ratio of 1:1 was used to electrospinning composite fiber diameter distribution uniformity.The roller collected fibers orderly degree up to 70%,after 550 ? calcinations get the HA film continuous fibrous microstructure.Dipping the HA fiber membrane in the collagen solution of concentration was 4%,get the microstructure of continuous collagen and HA composite film.The HA fiber to absorb saturated solution after impregnated twice.Using steam to the concentration of 25%glutaraldehyde solution cross-linked collagen and HA composite fiber membrane,its lowest water contact Angle is 63 °,satisfies the requirement of bone implant material surface hydrophilicity.After the tensile strength of composite HA and collagen membrane was crosslinked,with orderly degree increase with the increase of fiber,up to 1.185 Mpa.The collagen and HA composite film was used to assemble into Haversian bone implants,its porosity influenced by film impregnation times,the more impregnation the less porosity.Bone implant material compressive strength increase as the collagen and HA fiber of degree of order in membrane,the height is at 4.78 Mpa.The samples be train with the SD osteoblast culture,showing good biocompatibility.
