| With the rapid development of the water passenger transportation industry, the daily operational safety of the port passenger station is becoming increasingly prominent.Among many passenger station safety accidents, the number and harmfulness of fire accidents are in the first place. Therefore, how to control the occurrence of fire accidents at port passenger stations, and how to ensure the safe evacuation of passenger when accidents inevitable has become hot issue for many scholars at home and abroad. There are many uncertain factors in the evacuation process of the port passenger station personnel, especially the uncertainty of the distribution of personnel at the beginning of evacuation. However, considering these uncertain factors are also related to arrival and departure time of ships and operation process of the port passenger station, which has certain regularity. Therefore,an evaluation model for emergency evacuation was proposed based on AnyLogic and Pathfinder software for port passenger stations. The AnyLogic simulation model is used to simulate the distribution of passenger. The Pathfinder simulation model is used to simulate the evacuation process.Taking a port passenger station as an example, the simulation model of port passenger station operation and the passenger emergency evacuation were established.we applied the proposed evaluation model to identify the critical fire scenarios for emergency evacuation considering the evacuation time as an indicator. The critical fire scenarios are analyzed to identify the key factors affecting the evacuation efficiency of passenger.A variety of emergency evacuation capacity improvement programs are proposed for port passenger stations, comparing the improvement effects of different programs, and provides decision support for the layout and operation management of port passenger stations. This research method has certain reference value for the passenger evacuation, which combines operation process of the port passenger station and arrival and departure time of ships with the evacuation of passenger. |
