Research On The Development Of Silver Decoration Enterprises In Taijiang County Guizhou Province

Taijiang County in Guizhou Province is a concentrated area of the Miao nationality in China.The proportion of the Miao population accounts for 98% of the total of the county.The cultural preservation of the Miao nationality is relatively complete,especially the silver ornament culture is the most representative one.This paper discusses the history and current situation of Miao silver ornament enterprises in Taijiang County and finds that in the process of its development,it has experienced the stages of family workshop enterprises and factory-type enterprises.At the same time,it has made in-depth investigation and research on the current state of enterprise development,pointing out the shortcomings of the current factory-type enterprises in terms of warehousing construction and talent cultivation system,and the shortage of the family workshop enterprises in terms of Internet marketing and the cultivation of inheritors of silver ornament forging technique.On this basis,the literature and field investigation methods are used to explore and analyze the relationship between Miao silver ornament culture and enterprise development,and based on which,it points out the direction for the future development of Miao silver ornament enterprises in Taijiang County.Under the view of the Cultural Value theory and the Experience Economy theories,it integrated the scattered silver ornament sales and production households in Taijiang County and formed the Taijiang County silver ornament cultural industry clustering area,which is mainly composed of Zimei street and Shidong cultural industry park,which lay the foundation for the industrial clustering of silver ornament enterprises in the future.Through the record of the process of making silver ornaments by hand and making silver ornaments by machine,it explains the types of silver ornaments to show the production process of silver ornament products in Taijiang County.In addition,ittakes Taijiang Xiyuexiang Silver Ornament Enterprise as a typical example for studying and analyzing the problems arising from the production,marketing and enterprise management of factory-type silver ornament enterprises.Meanwhile,it analyzes the development history and operation mode of Taijiang Guoxiang National Ornament Co.,Ltd which is taken as a typical example of family workshop silver ornament enterprise.From the above studies,it is aiming to explore what kind of problems will occur between the two different types of enterprises in the development process and provide countermeasures and suggestions for the problems that arise in the development of the enterprise.
