As an important part of the coke pushing equipment of coke ovens,coke pushing device's core component,the coke pushing rod,is prone to arise largescale vibration during the coke pushing process.When the rod is pushed into the carbonization chamber,the vibration is likely to cause the coke collapse,reduce the coke yield and also may cause damage to important components such as the front support plate of the rod,resulting in the device not being able to be used normally,affecting the service life of the coke pushing device,the coke pushing efficiency and the overall performance.Therefore,it is greatly significant both in theory and in practice to carry out in-depth analysis of the vibration phenomenon of the coke pushing device,to study the vibration mechanism of the coke pushing device,and then to suppress or eliminate the vibration of the device.In order to solve the vibration problem occurring during the operation of the coke pushing device,this paper finds the main cause of the vibration of the coke pushing device by means of the theoretical calculation and simulation analysis.The vibration characteristics of the coke pushing device were analyzed through dynamic simulation,verified the simulation model through experiments and the corresponding vibration reduction measures were put forward.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the creeping phenomenon during the operation of the coke pushing device,the vibration mechanism analysis model of the coke pushing device was established.The critical velocity formula of the coke pushing rod vibration was obtained by theoretical analysis and solving the dynamic equation.The friction force between the contact surface of the slipper and the carbonization chamber is the main reason for the strong vibration of the coke pushing device.At the same time,the main factors affecting the vibration of the coke pushing device,including the mass of the coke pushing rod,the difference between the dynamic and static friction coefficient and the speed of the coke pushing,are analyzed and obtained.(2)Taking the coke pushing rod as the research object,on the basis of considering the factors affecting the vibration of the coke pushing device,a simplified three-dimensional model was presented.The rigid-flexible coupling model of the coke pushing device with the upper part of the slipper as the flexible body was created by the multi-software co-simulation.(3)The dynamic simulation of the coke pushing device was carried out by using the rigid-flexible coupling model.The results of simulation and analysis of the vibration cause of the coke pushing device are consistent with the theoretical analysis: the friction force between the sliding shoe and the contact surface of the carbonization chamber is the main reason for the vibration of the coke pushing device.The influence law of friction on the vibration of the coke pushing device is further determined,that is,with the decrease of the dynamic friction coefficient between the contact surfaces,the difference between the dynamic and static friction coefficients increases,the vibration of the coke pushing rod decreases gradually.At the same time,the influence law of other vibration factors(the mass and the coke pushing speed of the coke pushing rod)on the vibration of the coke pushing device is determined in a certain range.(4)Vibration test of the coke pushing device was designed and test vibration signals were collected.The time domain characteristics of test vibration signal and simulation vibration signal in the push and return stroke were compared and analyzed.The results show that simulation signal and test signal have the same general trend of signal,the time when signal amplitude changes obviously,the same position of the coke pushing rod,the same corresponding time interval,and the same signal change trend before and after the corresponding time interval.The simulation model is verified,and the corresponding vibration reduction measures are put forward according to the simulation results.
