The brake device of hoisting winch is a device which plays an important safety role in the operation of winch.The normal operation,deceleration and stopping at the end of the hoisting winch all need braking devices to complete.The braking device of hoisting winch is composed of brake and transmission system.Its braking performance directly affects the stability and safety of hoisting winch.At present,there are many studies on brake device,but for the brake device of emergency rescue hoist,its volume is too large,and in the process of using the brake device,there will be brake shoe wear resulting in too large brake shoe clearance,which leads to insufficient braking moment and can not make the hoist stop safely.In view of the above drawbacks,this paper improves the existing braking device of hoisting winch and puts forward an augmented braking device.Its structure mainly adopts the supercharged cylinder,the wedge mechanism and the braking moment testing device.Functionally,the problem of insufficient braking moment caused by wear of brake shoe is solved.The main work of this paper is as follows:In view of the defect that the brake shoe must be replaced because the brake shoe gap is too large after serious wear of the brake shoe after a working period of time,and on the premise that the brake shoe can be replaced,a brakedevice capable of boosting pressure is put forward.The brake device can still be used after the brake shoe is worn seriously.The brake device is analyzed and studied,and the structure and working principle of the brake device are confirmed.On this basis,the parameters of the brake device are rationally designed to determine its overall structure.The key parts of the brake device are discussed and studied in depth,and the practicability of the brake device is proved theoretically and practically.Then an on-line monitoring system of braking moment in brake device is designed.The design of braking moment testing device is completed,and its working principle and force analysis are studied.Finally,the properties of various materials are studied,and the appropriate friction pairs and materials are selected according to the actual working conditions of the brake device.On this basis,the model of friction pair of brake device is established theoretically,and the temperature field and pressure field of friction pair are analyzed by simulation.
