This dissertation focused on the studies of organic reactions involved enamide compounds and its application in synthesis study toward erythrina alkaloid Erysotramidine.It mainly consists of the following three chapters.Chapter 1.Organic reactions involved enamide compounds and its application in the total synthesis of nature products.(Review)This chapter introduced the structure of enamide compounds and its features,and also all kinds of organic reactions it involved,then reviewed application of these reactions in natural products synthesis.Chapter 2.Studies toward enamide's aza-Prins reaction and its application in the synthesis study of erythrina alkaloid Erysotramidine.This chapter first briefly introduced the erythrina alkaloid and highlighted some synthesis works of Erysotramidine and other erythrina alkaloids.Then,based on our group's former works on enamide's aza-Prins reaction,we designed a new enamide's aza-Prins reaction to realize the synthesis of Erysotramidine.Chapter 3.Studies toward enamide's tandem cyclizing reaction and its application in the synthesis study of erythrina alkaloid Erysotramidine.In this chapter,we designed a tandem cyclizing reaction of aza-Michael reaction and enamide's aryl-Michael reaction,also the Erysotramidine's synthesis route which use this reaction as key strategy.Then we studied this reaction and synthesis route.
