Under the condition of 1.43-3.36mg/kg of Cd pollution in farmland,73 Ramie Germplasms were used as materials to study the relationship between the cadmium enrichment of Ramie Germplasm and its chemical composition,yield and quality.The main results are as follows:1.The Genotype Difference of Cadmium Accumulation in RamieDifferent Germplasmes of ramie has cadmium enrichment differences.The cadmium enrichment in the underground part of ramie was higher than that in the shoot,and the cadmium enrichment of radish root > reproductive root > raw shell > leaves > bone> raw fiber.The aboveground enrichment and transport coefficients were 0.86 and 0.73,respectively.The enrichment coefficient in the underground part was 1.22,the highest enrichment coefficient of the aboveground was Xiyeqing,which was 1.64,and the highest enrichment coefficient of the underground was Yichun jigubai,which was 2.03;the cadmium accumulation of the aboverground and underground of the ramie were 903 g/mu and 2652 g/mu,respectively.High cadmium enrichment coefficient germplasmes: Xiyeqing,Yichunjigubai,Taihema,Gebuqingma Jianyezhuma,Baishaqingma,Lichuanhoupizhuma,S-1-6,Ruichangxiyelv,Huangjindou,Yenyiyema,Xiaoyehongzhameng,Nanchenghoupizhuma and Xiaoluban High cadmium transport coefficient: germplasmes: Gebuqingma,882,Qingdayepao,Fenyiyema,Yichuntongpiqing,Ruichangdayeln and Nanchenghoupizhuma,High cadmium accumulation germplasmes: Hongtoujigubai,No.2,Gebuqingma,Huaqiuqingganma,Leiyangbaipima,Leiyanghuangkema,Liangpingqingma,Taihema and Yichuntongpiqing,Gebuqingma can be used as a candidate germplasm for the remediation.of the cadmium soil,which has high cadmium enrichment coefficient,high cadmium transport coefficient and high cadmium accumulation.2.Screening of high cadmium accumulation and high quality ramie germplasmesA total of 4 kinds of ramie germplasm resources was screened out,including high accumulation and longer fiber,high accumulation and high fineness,low accumulation and long-term cadmium fiber,low accumulation and high fineness of cadmium.(1)High Cadmium Accumulation and Longer Fiber Germplasm Resources: Hongtoujigubai No.2,Leiyangbaipima,Taihema,Tengxingjingjigubai.The fiber length of Hongtoujigubai No.2 was 199.43 mm,and the cadmium accumulation in ground was 1063.17g/mu.The cadmium accumulation in the underground is 3325.68g/mu;(2)High Cadmium Accumulation and High Fineness Germplasm Resources : Zuodou ma No.4,1394-52,Bijieyuanma,Honghuaqingma,Qingbingdayepao.The length of Zuodouma No.4 was 149.13 mm,and the cadmium accumulation in the shoot was 925.8g/667 ?.The cadmium accumulation in the underground is 2488.27g/667 ?;(3)Low Cadmium Accumulation and Longer Fiber Germplasm Resources:MS6,Gaoanma,Kuguaqing,Leiyangbaipima.The cadmium accumulation in the underground is 2299.88g/667 ?;(4)Low Cadmium accumulation and high fineness germplasm resources:Fenyiyema,1313-03-02,Honghuaqingma,Qingpizhu,Gufuxianma,Zixinglvma.The underground accumulation amount is 817.79g/667?.Leiyangbaipima is a high-accumulation,long-fiber high-grained variety of cadmium.3.Influencing Factors of Cadmium Accumulation and the CorrelationThe main influencing factors of above-ground cadmium accumulation in ramie were as follows: dry weight of above ground,cadmium accumulation in bone,cadmium accumulation in shell,cadmium accumulation in leaf,and cadmium accumulation in raw hemp The correlation coefficients were 0.76,0.53,0.53,0.50 respectively.Both 0.39 and 0.39 were significantly related.The main influencing factors of cadmium accumulation in the underground parts of ramie were: dry weight of underground,cadmium accumulation in the radish root,cadmium accumulation in the propagation root,and root/shoot ratio.The correlation coefficients were 0.88,0.84,0.77 and 0.72,all reached extremely significant correlation.4.Relationship between Chemical Composition and Cadmium Accumulation of RamieThe correlation coefficients of cadmium accumulation in the aboveground of ramie with lipid wax,water soluble matter,pectin,hemicellulose,lignin and cellulose were: 0.02,-0.02,0.09,-0.14,-0.03 and 0.03,.There was no significant correlation between the all chemical components and cadmium accumulation in aboveground of ramie;the correlation coefficients of cadmium accumulation in underground parts of ramie with lipid wax,water soluble,pectin,hemicellulose,lignin and cellulose were: 0.07,0.21,0.23-0.23,-0.23,and 0.1,which are significantly related to the underground pectin content and the underground lignin content.5.Relationship between ramie fiber quality and cadmium accumulationThere was a positive correlation between the cadmium accumulation,the fiber fineness and length.The correlation coefficients were 0.11 and 0.06,respectively,and no significant correlation...
