With the rapid development of grain processing industry in China,Stoner has increasingly become an influence grain terminal products as well as one of the key equipment,to research of large output destoner is great practical significance.The current research,on the one hand,focuses on analyzing the movement and structural adjustment to stone;on the other hand,aimed at the design goals,seeking yield,reasonable structure and dynamic configuration and dynamic parameters so as to optimize the structure of the stone machine.Stoner overall is a kind of vibration screening equipment,so this paper is mainly based on the vibration principle,structure characteristics and combined with the MTCG-180x200 type machine,the working principle and the vibration characteristics of the focus of this machine are studied,structure design,machine for production design improvement and optimization provides reference.This paper mainly focuses on the following aspects of research work:1)Analyze the movement of all the particles on the destoning sieve mesh,and get the condition in which the particles should slide down?slide up and jump ?Also calculate the floating velocity of product particle on theories?2)Build the model of MTCG-180x200 machine,analyzed its static stress to confirm whether the whole structure is safety or not.3)To do the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis with the ANSYS,with the result to confirm the vibration safety of the de-stoner.4)Measure the dynamic load by the trial when the de-stoner is working,get the true value for the application of foundation design.
