In recent years,with the rapid development of metallurgical equipment,chemical equipment,environmental protection equipment,petrochemical equipment and aviation industry,shipbuilding industry and other fields,the application of deep hole processing is more and more widely in various industrial equipment.At the same time,the deep hole processing technology has developed rapidly.At present,the process of the large size of the deep hole is widely used in boring processing technology.Its advantage is higher precision and lower cost.However,there are many problems in the deep hole processing technology: the processing state is difficult to observe;Iron scrap is not easy to discharge;cutting heat is difficult to emit;boring bar cantilever longer process system rigidity is poor.With the increase of the aspect ratio of the deep hole,the vibration problem of the boring bar and the workpiece in the deep hole boring process becomes more and more prominent,and the vibration of the slender boring bar is the key factor to limit the development of the deep hole boring process.In this paper,based on the deep study of the characteristics of deep hole boring machine boring,the movement of the tool and the workpiece,and the stress of the boring bar,combined with the requirements of pre-processing parts,planning and design of the deep hole boring machine work and the main composition of the project for the implementation of the preparation.At the same time,the self-made boring bar of deep hole boring machine was analyzed by static force and dynamic vibration analysis.The modal analysis of the boring bar system is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench.Focuses on the characteristics of first ten modes,obtained on boring tool edge node in each direction at different excitation frequency response amplitude,frequency and resonance caused,which provides the dynamic basis for deep hole boring.The change of inner and outer diameter of boring bar is analyzed,and the influence of the change of inner and outer diameter of boring bar on its lateral vibration and torsional vibration is obtained.By using ANSYS Workbench,the static analysis of each boring bar system is carried out,expecting to change the boring bar and cutter design to expand the scope of processing hole diameter.The process scheme is verified by manufacturing the new screw conveyor shell.New screw conveyor shell in the size of the detection,transport performance experiments and theuse of the site to meet the technical requirements,which indicates that the manufacture of the dragon shell is qualified and verify the feasibility of the program.In this paper,the practical problems of the hole in the inner hole of the screw conveyor shell are solved,which provides a reference for solving the problem of the inner hole processing of oil machinery and other kinds of machinery.
