With the development of science and technology,the demand for metal rust is getting higher and higher.Recently,industry has made a major breakthrough in the metal rust prevention.Hot dip galvanizing technology is a very well developed rust prevention technology.Coating with a layer of zinc on the surface of the steel,it separates the steel and air.In this way,it not only keeps the original strength of steel,but also play a very good role in rust prevention.Our country is in the forefront of the world in the field of steel anti-corrosion technology.With the deepening of reform and opening up the country “The Belt and Road” strategy,industry has a more urgent need for corrosion protection technology of iron and steel.Baosteel Group,as the leading enterprise of domestic iron and steel,shoulders the mission of the state.Baosteel's hot dip galvanizing line on the line proved that our country has the ability to do a good job of steel corrosion prevention.Hot dip galvanizing cold rolled coil as the corrosion resistant products of Baosteel has been applied to various industries.For example,Baosteel auto panels and home appliances.Products have been recognized by customers,but also to bring huge profits for baosteel.At he same time,the company has been trying to improve the production efficiency and product quality.There are two parts in the control system of the hot galvanizing unit of Baosteel group: sequence control system and master control system.The sequence control system is composed of a hydraulic control system,a steel coil trolley operating system and auxiliary equipment control.The main control system is composed of motor speed control,strip tracking,stroke location and tension control system.The coil diameter calculation system is an important system for hot dip galvanizing line.Its main function is to calculate the diameter of steel coil in real time when the machine is running.However,in the actual production process,because each strip has different thickness,width and material properties,in diameter calculation of the volume will produce certain error,lead to strip can not be normal and smooth operation,serious damage torelated machinery and equipment,resulting in greater economic losses to the user.Based on this kind of situation,we optimize the coil diameter calculation system.Especially in the last few knife with tail cut,because the tail length is random,we optimize the control algorithm of the last few knife and make the tail cut to be carried out smoothly.In an automatic control system of a modern continuous strip production line,the coil diameter calculation system is an important part of the entrance section of the cold rolling mill.Nearly all of the automatic strip continuous production lines are equipped with accurate coil diameter calculation system to control the quality of the product.In the cold rolling mill,for example,hot dip galvanizing line,strip material is very thin,generally between 0.3 mm to 2 mm.Because the material is too thin,and there are a variety of different materials,making the calculation of the volume of a certain error.At the same time,because of the length of each volume of tail waste is not the same,so that the tail cutting automation step can not be carried out smoothly.In order to protect the tail shear automation step can be carried out smoothly.The discussion and analysis of the field staff,agreed to optimize the volume diameter calculation system and the length of the tail cut a few knife length control algorithm,and then get the high reliability and accuracy of the coil diameter,after getting the higher accuracy of the coil diameter,through the calculation of the high accuracy with tail scrap length.When determining the exact length of the waste,we can get accurate shear length setting.So as to improve the production efficiency and reduce the economic loss.
