Coal gasification wastewater is generated during the washing,condensation and fractionation stages of coal gas during coal gas production.Its COD content is generally 2000?4200 mg/L,NH3-N is among 110?165 mg/L,BOD5/COD is between0.3?0.4,mainly containing NH3-N,volatile phenol,thiocyanate,cyanide and polycyclic and heterocyclic aromatic A compound such as a compound is a typical organic industrial wastewater with high concentration,high toxicity,strong pollution and difficult to degrade.The phenol and its benzene series in the coal gasification wastewater account for about 48.17%of the total.In the process of treatment,in order to reduce the biotoxicity to the subsequent biochemical reaction and improve the degradation efficiency,based on the Advanced Oxidation Process?AOPs?,The sulfate radical?SO4-·?in AOPs degrades the refractory organic pollutants:it has the advantages of wide pH range,fast oxidation rate and strong oxidizing property,and decomposes the simulated phenol wastewater.Persulfate?PMS?itself has low activation efficiency and it is difficult to generate a large amount of sulfate radicals?SO4-·?.Therefore,it is necessary to decompose organic pollutants by catalyzing the activation of a catalytic system to produce SO4-·with strong oxidizing properties.In this experiment,firstly,the catalytic time,temperature,and amount of surfactant were adjusted by hydrothermal method to prepare and synthesize CoFe2O4and Ta2O5/CoFe2O4 catalytic materials through XRD,FT-IR,XPS,UV-Vis.The characterization method is used to analyze and compare the photocatalytic materials with the best crystal state.The SR/photo heterogeneous catalytic system is constructed based on the two photocatalytic materials to degrade Methylene Blue?MB?and Phenol?C6H5OH?solution,comparing the degradation efficiency under different reaction systems.The experimental results show that the decolorization rate of methylene blue in this catalytic system reaches 99.37%in 5min,and thedegradation rate of 10 ppm phenol solution in 8min reaches 83.4%.
