Land use conflicts are mainly caused by the contradiction between supply and demand with limited land and high-speed land demand. The suitability of land resources and the competitiveness of land use determine whether or not they occur.Conducting land use conflict research is conducive to solving problems such as land use change, landscape pattern change and industrial layout optimization. With the development of globalization, the spatial connection of human activities has been continuously strengthened, and the issue of space conflict has aroused widespread concern in the academic circles and other sectors. Many scholars at home and abroad have studied many uncoordinated problems such as space deprivation, resource development conflicts, economic interest conflicts and environmental conflicts in regional development, and have obtained a large number of research results.Based on the perspective of ecological security, this study considers that land use conflict is the occupation of ecological security space by human economic activities at the time and space scale, which is manifested in the contradiction between cultivated land, construction land space and ecological security space. There are few studies on land use conflicts from the perspective of ecological security at the county level. This study uses Longhai City as a research area to analyze the land use change characteristics of Longhai City from 2000 to 2016 from the perspectives of land use quantity, structure and landscape pattern.Select indicators from four aspects:biological protection, human interference protection, geological disaster protection, and water resources security to construct a spatial identification index system for ecological importance in Longhai City;according to the ecological importance of the region, identify the ecological“source”,evaluate the regional ecological security, use the least resistance model, build the resistance surface, performing buffer analysis to determine the ecological security pattern of Longhai City;using the grid pixel size of 30m×30m as the evaluation unit, based on the spatial analysis function of Arcgis10.2 software, constructing ecological security The pattern identifies the types of land use conflicts, analyzes the land use characteristics of Longhai City from time and space, proposes measures and suggestions for optimizing land use, provides reference for land resource utilization and layout, and achieves the goal of sustainable use of land resources. The results show,The spatial and temporal differentiation of land use conflicts in Longhai City from 2000 to 2016 was significant.(1)From the time characteristics of land use conflict, the number of severely conflicted, severely conflicted, more serious conflicts and general conflict areas in2000-2016 is the first to decrease and then increase;the non-conflict area is gradually reduced, and the 2008-2016 sudden drama Reduced by7445.51hm~2.The general conflict area of construction land is increasing year by year, and the type of non-conflict is increased first and then decreased. From 2000 to 2016 in general, the structure of conflicts in construction land conflicts is dominated by general conflicts, and the conflict structure continues to increase.(2)Judging from the spatial characteristics of land use conflict, the extremely serious conflicts, serious conflicts and serious conflict areas of cultivated land are mainly distributed in the west, southeast and south central of Longhai City. The general conflicts and non-conflict of cultivated land are mainly distributed in the northeast of Longhai City.Ministry,Central Region. The construction land in Longhai City is extremely serious, and the serious conflicts are concentrated in the southeast and west of Longhai City. The types of non-conflict land for construction are mainly concentrated in the central plains.
