| The study refer to many domestic and foreign experts and scholars research achievements,basis on the typical representative of market driven urbanization area typical representative of jinjiang and policy driven urbanization area pingtan comprehensive experimental area as the research object.By collecting the land use data,statistics,yearbook data,using the entropy weight method and comprehensive index method,analysis two different urbanization area urbanization characteristics,characteristics of land use change,urbanization drive function of land use change and comparative study on the change of land ecological security features,are put forward on the basis of the results f to analysis the relationship betweenof land use change,the relations between and among land ecological security of two different urbanization areas in different development stage of urbanization.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Comparison research of different urbanization region land use change:this part respectively compares analysis the characteristics of land use change from the quantity,structure and transformation of land use from three aspects of jinjiang and pingtan.The analysis results show that the construction land in jinjiang and pipgtan comprehensive experimental area of various land use type change is most obvious,overall present a 2000-2009,jinjiang city construction land expansion speed characteristics of the 2009-2013,the early expansion speed is 3.90 times of the late;While pingtan construction land expansion trend contrary to jinjiang,present a 2009-2013,the characteristics of fast speed in 2000-2009,about 2.98 times the rate of early late expansion.(2)This section from land urbanization,economy urbanization,population urbanization and the social urbanization four aspects to constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system of urbanization,in order to anylysis the role of regional land use change driving of jinjiang and pingtan comprehensive experimental area.Analysis results show that the the urbanization process presents are different in jinjiang and pingtan comprehensive experimental area,jinjiang urbanization started early,urbanization process is more stable,urbanization comprehensive index average annual increase 0.0390 from 2000 to 2009;between 2009 and 2013 average annual increase 0.0404,Despite the early and late numerical basic quite,the average annual increase of urbanization process is more stable,but the early stage of the land urbanization is most obvious,whereas the economic urbanization is more obvious in the late;,The urbanization process characteristics of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area is different from jinjiang late propulsion speed significantly faster than the previous,from 2009 to 2013,the urbanization comprehensive index average annual increase of 0.0871,the average value is 3.32 times between 2000 and 2009,under the drive of the comprehensive experimental area,economic subsystem,population subsystem and social subsystem of urbanization in later growth were 2.50 times more than earlier,economic subsystem is 8.67 times.(3)This part by building pressure-state-response model framework,including goal level,item layer and index layer three levels,a total of 21 indicators of land ecological security evaluation index system,comparative study two different urbanization area change of land ecological security situation of jinjiang and pingtan comprehensive experimental area.Structure shows that from 2000 to 2009 jinjiang made great achievements in economic and social development,at the same time the land ecological security situation in present deterioration,Ecological security level,state level by Ⅱ respectively,the safer down to level Ⅲ,criticality safety state;In 2009-2013,jinjiang drew extensive development(2000-2009)brought negative influence to the region ecological environment,pay more attention to scientific urban development planning,more intensive development model,coupled with the urban expansion slowed during this period,strengthening ecological protection,land ecological security situation has improved,the land ecological security level,ecological status back to level Ⅱ respectively,and the safety status.process of urbanization and industrialization is slowly in pingtan comprehensive experimental area before 2009,the pressure on the land resource is limited during this period,the land ecological security situation keep benign development situation,safety level,safety state maintained in Ⅱ level respectively,the safety status;pingtan ushered in the new opportunity of rapid development after 2009,speeding up industrial development speed,has gradually become the economic backbone of region,urbanization is growing by leaps and bounds,at the same time,the social economy at the same time of making significant progress on the land resources are also unprecedented pressure,coupled with the regional ecological environment construction is relatively weak,makes the land ecological security situation deteriorated significantly,ecological safety level,safety status also respectively by II,relatively safe state down to Ⅲ,criticality safety status.(4)The relationship between the urbanization,land use change and land ecological security.Jinjiang and pingtan comprehensive experimental area in two stages before and after the propulsion of urbanization characteristics vary,and driven by urbanization under the regional land use change and land ecological security also showed obvious different.Jinjiang as a market driven urbanization area,it started early,rapid development of urbanization.Between 2000 and 2009 in main land town into the main characteristics,the condition present situation;While jinjiang urbanization from 2009 to 2013 in economic town into the main characteristics,in a relatively intensive economic and social development stage,the urbanization process is more rely on the intensive development of economy and the improvement of efficiency,reduced pressure on the land resources,land ecological security situation has improved.Pingtan comprehensive experimental area as a policy driven urbanization area,urbanization started relatively late,the urbanization process is closely related to policy.Pingtan comprehensive experimental area to set up before the main agriculture,fisheries and tourism as the main economic before 2009,pillar industry development lags behind,the urbanization and industrialization process is slow,bearing pressure of limited land resources,land ecological security situation keep benign development situation;In 2009 the establishment of comprehensive experimental area makes pingtan leapfrog development stage of society and economy,the economic construction has made great achievement,also accelerating town construction,land urbanization,economy urbanization,population urbanization and social urbanization four subsystem of urbanization showed a trend of rapid advance in this period.Pingtan economic development during this period,however,in the stage of relatively extensive,urbanization and industrialization construction large economic and social benefits have been obtained,at the same time,the pressure also increased obviously,land resources land ecological
