China is at a critical period of transforming from large manufacturing country to strength manufacturing country.Manufacturing quality is a symbol of strength manufacturing country,so research on manufacturing quality control is significant for construction of a strength manufacturing country.Research on quality control of manufacturing has got a great progress at domestic and overseas.But most researches focus on comprehensive monitoring and prediction of the manufacturing process,and its lack of pertinence.In addition,with the improvement of numerical control and intelligent level of manufacturing equipment,how to effectively use these characteristics of equipment for quality control is very important.For this purpose,this paper researched on the quality intelligent control method of gear manufacturing process,and verified the proposed method by taking the quality data of gear as an example.Firstly,the problems of quality control during gear manufacturing have been analyzed,and the demands have been analyzed according to existed problems.The whole flow path of quality intelligent control method of gear manufacturing have been analyzed.The method framework is proposed from the user layer,application function layer,support layer and equipment layer,and analyzed the key techniques such as quality control method based on association rules mining and fuzzy decision and quality control method based on equipment numerical control features in the following chapters.Secondly,this paper researched on the quality control key technology based on association rules mining and fuzzy decision.The association rules mining model during manufacturing was established.The quality level mapping method based on Euclidean distance was proposed,and the application of Apriori algorithm in gear manufacturing process was researched.Quality control strategy had been set based on results of association information mining specially.The fuzzy decision model of quality control strategy was established,and the fuzzy decision method for quality control strategy based on grey correlation analysis was researched.Then,this paper researched on the quality inspection key technology based on the numerical control characteristics of manufacturing equipment,and the comprehensive performance evaluation method of numerical control equipment,and the workpiece recognition method based on the NC start-stop signal acquisition.The parsed model of quality control strategy has been established,and the quality control method based on equipment numerical control features has been researched.The quality check strategy recommended method based on equipment comprehensive performance evaluation is proposed,and a hobbing machine tool as an example has been analyzed.Finally,this paper Took the quality data of gear manufacturing process as an example to verify the effectiveness of the quality control method based on association rules mining and fuzzy decision,and introduced the realized technology and system design of quality check control system based on equipment numerical control features,and developed the system.The functions of quality check strategy making and setting were verified.
