In order to truly reflect the actual emission level of the vehicle, the China-6Emissions Regulation requires the RDE test as a supplementary test procedure for WLTC.Since the RDE test was carried out on actual roads, the RDE test results were more severely affected by non-vehicle factors. In order to ensure the objectivity of the test process and test results, the China-6 impose specific restrictions on test boundary conditions, such as test sections, ambient temperatures, and vehicle dynamics parameters. However,a large number of test results show that the above limit conditions cannot effectively rule out the impact of non-vehicle factors on the RDE test results. In order to reduce the impact of driving behavior on the RDE test results, the repeatability and objectivity of the RDE test results are improved. This paper compares the driving behaviors of three light-duty gasoline vehicles that meet the China-6 emission standards. The specific research contents are as follows:RDE driving behavior comparison test was carried out on three light gasolines that meet the China-6 emission standards using different driving behaviors(6 RDE tests meet the RDE regulations). The comparative analysis of the test results shows that the current dynamic boundary conditions of the RDE regulations are too broad, which results in a significant change in the degree of driving behavior during the test process within the scope of regulatory research. In addition, the distribution of CO2 actual characteristic curves under different driving behaviors is basically the same. Therefore, the window weighting coefficient determined by the actual CO2 characteristic curve cannot effectively eliminate the influence of the driving behavior on the RDE test results, resulting in the same vehicle under different driving behaviors. The RDE test results vary widely.Among them, compared with normal driving,CO emissions under intense driving behavior increased by 143.93%-260.68%,PN emissions increased by 86.60%-267.95%,and NOx emissions increased by 22.91%-116.27%.Although researchers at home and abroad have conducted a lot of research on the dynamics of RDE test, they only analyze the strip dynamics at the road section. The research shows that the pollutants discharged at the road section cannot maintain a stable positive correlation with the kinetic parameters of the stroke v·apos[95]and RPA.The paper goes deep into the window level and analyzes the correlation between window v·apos[95],RPA and pollutants CO,PN and NOx.The analysis results show that the window v·apos[95]is more able to reflect the emission level of pollutants relative to the window RPA.for the window v·apos[95],both CO and PN can maintain a stable strong positive correlation(>0.8)with the subtropical and high-speed sections, and the positive correlation between NOx and NOx is reduced; For RPA,only a high-speed section can maintain a strong positive correlation(>0.8)with PN and NOx emissions.Since the RDE regulations do not provide driving behavior evaluation criteria,it is impossible to distinguish the severe of driving behavior in the RDE test.SO the WLTC baseline and the v·apos[95]limit line in the paper judge the severe of driving behavior in the RDE test. After judging the severe of window driving behavior under different driving behaviors, the results show that the driving behavior evaluation criteria can effectively distinguish different driving behaviors.Among them, windows under normal driving behavior are basically distributed near the WLTC baseline, while the RDE window under severe driving behavior is close to the v·apos[95]limit line.Due to the small difference in CO2 emission characteristic curves under different driving behaviors in the RDE regulations, the existing RDE test results are more affected by driving behavior. So the paper proposes to calculate the dynamic factors of each window based on window v·apos[95],WLTC baseline and v·apos[95]limit line to quantify and judge the severe of window driving behavior.Analysis of the differences in dynamic factors under different driving behaviors revealed that the differences in driving behavior between normal driving and intense driving mainly occurred in suburban and high-speed sections. The driving dynamics of the RDE test results were corrected by the window dynamics factor, the influence of the driving style on the RDE test results can be significantly reduced, and the repeatability and objectivity of the test results are improved.Among them, after the window dynamics factor correction, compared with normal driving, the relative emission increase of CO emission under severe driving behavior decreased from 143.93%-260.68%to 25.31%-48.53%;the relative increment of PN emission under severe driving behavior decreased from 86.60%.-267.95%to 0.41%-47.24%;the relative fluctuation of NOx emissions under severe driving behavior decreased from 22.91%-116.27%to 7.81%-18.44%.
