In the current era,With the continuous development of Internet technology and the improvement of the modernization level of injection molding industry,the competition among injection molding enterprises has become increasingly fierce.At present,the entire injection molding industry has the problem of unreasonable resource allocation,difficult real-time monitoring of production schedules,and unsynchronized information between production workshops and planned tasks.In order to effectively improve the efficiency of the entire production workshop and improve the real-time and flexibility of planning tasks,the injection molding company has passed the deployment of the MES(Manufacturing Execution System).This system was implemented to improve the productivity and management level of the entire workshop.However,most injection MES systems currently have many problems in terms of maintainability,coupling between modules,and extensibility.The content of this thesis is based on the big data platform of the injection molding intelligent equipment industry in the National Fund project.Through the field research of injection molding MES system and the analysis of customer business requirements,there are still some problems in injection molding MES system to be solved.Based on t he latest micro-service architecture technology,this paper makes an in-depth study of the design scheme and key technologies of the injection molding MES system.Meanwhile,the main micro-service modules in the system are designed comprehensively.The research content of this paper will be discussed from the following parts:(1)By analyzing the present situation of the injection molding MES system and the business demand of the injection molding enterprise.Micro-service technology is used here to improve the existing injection molding MES system design.The scheme mainly involves system level division,service module design and overall architecture design.(2)The related technologies used in the micro-service architecture of injection moulding MES system are deeply studied and analyzed,including user integration,micro-service gateway,micro-service management and so on.It will solve the problem of user information synchronization about micro-services?user login permission issues?micro-service unified calling issues and micro-service configuration information management.(3)According to the actual production business needs of injection moulding enterprises,the master-to-key micro-service module for this system is designed and implemented.These include single sign-on,real-time monitoring,report management,system management and other micro services.At the same time,the operation process design,function module design,data model design and service interface design of microservices are given.(4)In this paper,an example of the operation of injection molding MES system based on micro-service is presented,and the operation of the system is briefly introduced.At the same time,a representative system interface is given for the operation of some microservices.The improvement of injection molding MES system in this paper mainly includes the following aspects: using micro-service architecture technology to design the entire injection molding MES system;Through the modification of CAS protocol,the single-point login technology is designed and developed,realizing the user's unified login function and user's login rights management.The lightweight Zuul micro-service gateway provided by the spring Cloud framework implements a unified call of system micro-services;The Zookeeper distributed coordination service component is used to configure information management for each micro-service;In addition,this paper also uses some mainstream technical frameworks,such as Kafka,Docker containers,etc.,And the design and transformation of the micro-service-based injection molding MES system not only has the advantages of high versatility,loose coupling,single responsibility,and easy expansion.It can realize the production information management of injection molding enterprises,effectively reduce production costs and bring value growth for enterprises.
