At present,among the leading enterprises in the home textile industry,quilt core business accounts for about one-third of total revenue.With the improvement of people's living standards,the problem of chemical fiber core being drilled is getting more and more attention from consumers and home textile companies.Due to the problem of the chemical fiber being drilled,the company receives a large amount of returns every year,but at present,there are few studies on the performance of textiles with chemical fibers as fillers.In view of the above reasons,based on the research status of textile drilling performance at home and abroad,this paper optimizes the experimental conditions of the existing chemical fiber core drilling performance.The existing chemical fiber core was tested for the performance test of the drilled fiber performance.The questionnaire evaluation method was used to improve the performance evaluation standard of the current chemical fiber core.Finally,through the combination of experimental test and market feedback,the number of revolutions of the fabric antidrilling tester is determined to be 1000 r,and the number of rubber balls placed in the rotary box is determined to be five.In view of the factors affecting the performance of the core of the chemical fiber from the fabric-related properties and the properties related to the filler fiber,in order to control a single variable,the experimental fabric and fiber are custom processed.Finally,it was found that the drilling performance of the chemical fiber core was significantly affected by the weft density.And as the weft density increases,the number of drilled cores of the chemical fiber core decreases.Under the condition that the fabric tightness is kept the same,the number of drilled cores of the chemical fiber core is reduced as the fineness of the yarn is reduced.Under the conditions of the same yarn raw material,yarn linear density,density,process and warp and weft tightness,the anti-drilling performance of the three original tissues is different.The anti-drilling performance of the three isarranged from good to bad: plain weave > twill > satin.Heavy-tissue,double-layer or multi-layered tissue enhances the anti-drilling properties of the fabric.After the fabric has been subjected to different degrees of sanding,the anti-drilling performance of the fabric changes significantly.Under the experimental conditions,the more the grinding time,the fewer the number of drilled fibers in the fabric.The fabric is treated by front or back grinding,and the drilling performance of both is basically the same.The number of cores of the chemical fiber core increases as the mass of the filler fiber increases.The number of fiber strands increases as the fiber fineness decreases.The initial modulus of the filler fiber does not significantly affect the number of drilled fibers.Finally,3D software 3dsMax is used for modeling and animation.Provides companies and consumers with a more intuitive demonstration of the core fiber being drilled and the performance of the drill under different conditions.
