With the continuous development of technology,the production of products in many fields has been controlled automatically.Automation,and computer control have reduced the error caused by many manual operations.Due to the protection of patented technology,many high-gloss injection molding technologies cannot be carried out on the market.Thus,a lot of errors are reduced.Protected by patented technology,many high-gloss injection molding technologies cannot be freely shared in the market.This has led to the emergence of various high-gloss,non-marking injection molded products of varying quality levels on the market.If a company wants to break the monopoly of technology,it must explore the relevant technologies for producing high-gloss injection molding.As long as people understand the influence parameters of the quality of different high-gloss injection molding products,the related process,and the advantages and disadvantages of different processes,people can select the right equipment or mold according to your needs.Even if the high-light products exported by many mechanical equipment are relatively high in automation,economical comparisons are still needed.All of these are inseparable from the comprehensive knowledge of high-gloss seamless injection molding technology.Therefore,only after comprehensive principles of various technologies can the equipment be properly operated and the economic plan be compared.In this paper,the optimization of mold forming is realized by optimizing the forming parameters.After theoretical prediction and analysis,the relevant data were compared,and the optimized process level was obviously improved.The appearance quality of the product was good,and various deformations were also allowed within the design.Firstly,in order to solve the temperature change and control in the cavity,the orthogonal experiment design,response surface method and genetic algorithm are used to analyze the injection molding process.Then it discusses how the above method changes the product process and warpage deformation under the action of temperature,pressure and holding time.After comparison and analysis,it is considered that Gaussian regression model combined with genetic algorithm can better fit the product in the mold cavity.The relevant information of the optimized parameters can be also obtained the forming process in the body.Finally,through the optimized design of the front cover of the car,how to achieve high quality and flawless product output in the design of raw materials and process parameters.The process,and the process was demonstrated,and achieved a good market response.In this paper,an improved genetic algorithm is proposed by means of significant experiments and numerical analysis.It fits the process of the process well and matches the prediction model.The output of the algorithm is very reliable and the results tend to be stable.Consistent,therefore,the process production process can be well planned.The paper combines the examples of automobile front cover products and optimizing the molding parameters of the high-light non-marking technology related to the production process,and revealing how the mold temperature changes deeply to change the molding quality.It has been proved that no matter whether the temperature changes or not under certain conditions,the process of quality impact on the product shows a certain regularity,and this law can be described and predicted,which provides a reference for improving the quality of the product.It can better guide experiments and practice.
