The designers need to manually calculate the related parameters of conformal cooling pipe, input the parameter to the injection mold cooling system design module in the traditional design process, and then, the conformal cooling channel was piecemeal designed. The existing design software of cooling channel is lack of corresponding conformal cooling system design module, need to be manually calculate the related parameters of conformal cooling pipe by people, which makes the design more complicated. On the choice of conformal cooling system correlation parameters, the designers need to reference their own accumulated experience, as the commonly used injection mold cooling system design module had no related engineering experience, which cannot provide users with the corresponding guide information.For the insufficient of injection mo lds design software, this paper puts the research content as follows:First, summarizes the calculation formula the rules, and the relevant optimization design experience of conformal cooling system design of injection mo lds,, and using UG?NX, KF language expresses the relevant knowledge.Second, with the integrated application of parametric modeling technology of UG?NX, knowledge fusion technology, UG?NX, UG?NX/KF, UG?NX menu customization module,Menuscript, and dialog design module, UIstyler, and other development tools, the corresponding optimization design experience, the related rules and the formulas for knowledge representation were put into the conformal cooling system intelligent design module.Third, to realize the function of the development process, the injection mold with cooling system of the whole menu file was depicted, and with the application of UG?NX, designing the corresponding dialog box procedure with a graphical interface and the controlling dialog screen window to control and matching model and related parameters in the program, and make them organic fusion and integration.Finally, with the application development of injection mold with conformal cooling pipe matching recommended intelligent design module, the conformal cooling system of a typical injection molding parts were designed, and the verification system were tested. |
