With the continuous development of the tobacco manufacturing industry,different kinds of cigarettes appear on the market,which promotes the development of cigarette flavoring technology.One of the common methods is solvent method: Use the glyceride as a solvent to dissolve the essence,and then spray the liquid on tobacco filter tows.The current process of mixing liquid is still mainly manual operation,which is not only low efficiency,but also low precision.Based on the existing manual operating technology,this project designed a set of ration-feeding and mixing system for mixing glyceride and essence.The system with weight sensing and closed-loop control,has the advantages of high efficiency,high precision,convenient controlling,operational safety,which meets business needs.Meanwhile,theoretical calculations and experimental demonstrations are designed to verify the efficiency and precision of the system.The main contents of this research include the following aspects:1.The overall design of the deployment system is processed.The system includes a complete fluid transport line for the feeding of glyceride and essence.The system gets the weight by high precision weighbridges,and uses the real-time communication and feedback to ensure the precision of deployment.Self-designed mixing tanks are used as the carrier of mixing and heating liquid at the same time.PLC is used as the control core to run a closed-loop control program;touch screen is used to run a self-designed man-machine interface,which makes up a complete automatic control of the system.2.Calculating and analyzing the precision error of the weighbridge.Using closed-loop simulation to prove that there is no excessive phenomenon,and the precision error is not more than 0.1kg.3.Establishing fluid dynamic models and simulating the flow field,to compare and analyze different mixing methods and different size parameters with control variable method.Optimizing the duration of mixing and heating process based on the data.4.A complete set of deployment system is built and debugged successfully in this subject.Repeated debugging processes verify the stability and safety of the system.Experiments verify the high precision and efficiency of the system.The subject successfully developed a set of new quantitative allocating and mixing and heating system,to achieve the stable and accurate and fast deployment function,through the above theoretical research and experimental demonstration.The whole system has the advantages of automatic power-off memory,automatic controlling,real-time numerical display,temperature controllable.The study not only meets the needs of enterprises,but also lays the foundation for the subsequent automatic deployment technology.
