Study On Quality Control Of Loose Tobacco Leaf During Its Pu Rchase And Delivery For GD Tobacco Industrial

Tobacco leaf is the most basic raw material for manufacturing cigarettes.For the purposes of improving the quality of loose leaf,this report studies the quality factors and challenges rising from farmers’ growth of tobacco and leaf buying and delivering.Firstly,the quality control in growing and curing phases from farmers plays a key role before leaf buying.The farmers’ unprofessional curing and grading could make their products less qualified.Secondly,the management in buying stations is also an important factor.The tobacco bought from the farmers might not meet requirement of GD if the management is poor or unfair business relationship is among buyers and farmers.Thirdly,the delivery of tobacco can also influence the quality of tobacco.The lack of inspectors and poor management of delivery sites both could cause instability of the tobacco purchased.There are solutions to deckle the above challenges.It is necessary to train the farmers in post curing storage,moisture control and pre-grading,and uniformity before purchasing could be improved by organizing farmers’ mutual assistance and professional grading teams.What’s more,the management at buying stations must be standardized and disciplined.Lastly,grading of inspectors and delivery of products must be enhanced through feasible measurements.
