China is entering the aging society,According to the information of National Bureau of statistics;the population of over 65 is 104 m,7.9% of the total population.According to the relevant data of Japan,about 12% of the population over 65 need care.So the population need care in China is about 11.65 m in 2006,The population that needs adult diaper is 23,76 m.Estimated that the population will be more than 30 m in 2020.The potential of the adult diaper is huge.This paper first discusses the background and significance of the research on the business plan,and then use the strategic management theory to analyze the adult diapers project internal and external environment,The analysis of adult diapers in global market conditions,provide the basis for the business plan is discussed,then focuses on the analysis of adult diapers in the development and sales of China's situation,Then analyze the resources needed to complete the project,and the project currently has the resources,and the advantages and disadvantages of the project,in the analysis of Z company's competitive advantage,use market marketing theory to subdivide the market,identifying the target market and market positioning;and then formulate marketing plan;after the use of financial management knowledge for investment analysis,Estimate the sales,costs,expenses,cash flow and profits of the project,and determine the return on investment,to evaluate the financial decision-making indicators;by the risks associated with the theory of risk management of the project may be encountered are analyzed and put forward the method of risk and risk aversion of the corresponding countermeasures.
