In the context of China's rapid economic development,residents are paying more attention to their own health,and the domestic pharmaceutical industry has a good historical development opportunity.As a testing product with advanced medical technology and high product profit rate,it has become one of the key products supported and developed by modern medical enterprises.The market competition is fierce.How Tianjin Yirui Biotech Co.,Ltd.makes full use of the company's existing resources to withstand the impact of market competition and obtain sustainable market development advantages has become a very important issue for enterprises Therefore,based on the research on the development status of Tianjin Yirui,this paper analyzes the marketing strategy of the implementation of in vitro diagnostic reagents,and proposes corresponding solutions to the existing problems,thus helping Yirui Biotechnology to continuously improve its market competitivenessFirstly,the literature analysis method and qualitative analysis are used comprehensively to study the current marketing status and existing problems of Tianjin Yirui Company,followed by the analysis of Tianjin Yirui Company's market through analysis of macroeconomic and industrial competition of policy,economy,society and technology.The background and reasons for the problem of marketing,and on this basis,further refine the target market and re-select the market positioning.Afterwards,the marketing combination strategy of Tianjin Yirui Biotech Co.,Ltd.was optimized,and the marketing combination strategy of in vitro diagnostic reagents of Tianjin Yirui Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.was proposed from the aspects of products,channels,prices and promotions.Finally,the safeguard measures for implementing the marketing strategy of Tianjin Yirui Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.and the evaluation results after implementation are proposed.It is expected that the results of this research can have certain reference significance for the formulation and implementation of Tianjin Yirui Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.in line with the actual development strategy of enterprise development.
