Research On HC's Green Management System And Countermeasures

The continuous deterioration of the world's ecological environment has brought about adverse effects on people's lives.People have begun to realize the importance of ecological environmental protection.Corporate green management is a form of management that infiltrates the concept of green environmental protection into various activities of corporate operations and management.Under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development,it minimizes the impact of the enterprise on the ecological environment and satisfies the members of society in the material and psychological aspects.It is required to realize the unified and all-round development of the economic benefits,social benefits,and ecological and environmental protection of enterprises in terms of product production and distribution.At present,there is a lack of integrated practical research on green management at home and abroad,so further research is needed.The main research work of the dissertation are:(1)Conducted theoretical research on topics such as green management theory,sustainable development theory,and circular economy theory.(2)Analyzed the basic situation of HC company and its existing green management system,and presented the problems of difficulty in implementation,low investment and low participation in the implementation of green management by HC company.(3)AHP method was used to establish the hierarchical structure of the evaluation index system and evaluation system.The index weights were calculated.The membership matrix and weight vector were determined by the FCE method.The comprehensive evaluation vector was calculated based on the 25 experts' survey data.Based on the results of the calculation,the environmental protection R&D standards,the employees' environmental participation,and the environmental protection supplier standards have been identified as three constraints.(4)Three key countermeasures were proposed to improve the green management level of HC,including environmental protection research and development standards,increase employees' environmental participation,and improve the standards of environmental protection suppliers.Electromagnetic radiation control,training of green management personnel,and welding dust removal of KT Environmental Protection were carried out.Purification and other three typical case studies.
