With the rapid advancement of science and technology,touch-based smart mobile devices marked by Apple products begin to integrate into the aspects of life and production.Glass products are faced with higher mechanical performance requirements in the process of frequent use of mobile terminals.Previous studies found that ZrO2 can significantly improve the mechanical properties of materials.Therefore,the effects of the preparation and mechanical properties of high-strength and high-hardness glass-ceramics ZrO2-doped with were studied.The influence of the doping of ZrO2 and the change of doping on glass preparation process,heat treatment temperature,crystal phase and mechanical properties were studied.The appropriate preparation temperature and the amount of ZrO2 incorporated were determined to produce high-strength and high-hardness glass-ceramics that meet expectations.The main conclusions are as follows:The effects of preparation and mechanical properties on high-strength and high-hardness glass-ceramics ZrO2-doped were studied.The influence of doping of ZrO2 and the change of doping on glass preparation process,heat treatment temperature,crystal phase and mechanical properties were studied.The appropriate preparation temperature and the amount of ZrO2 incorporated were determined to produce high-strength and high-hardness glass-ceramics that meet expectations.The main conclusions are as follows:?1?Study on the multiphase coating:The microhardness of the coating 3 wt%ZrO2 added reached 7.01 GPa.The decorative and colorful glass-ceramics coating with excellent scratch resistance was successfully prepared.The incorporation of ZrO2 into the glass coating does not cause the interaction of the ZBS low-melting glass and Co2TiO4 crystals.Therefore,the addition of ZrO2 has no effect on the preparation process?coating color and decorative properties.?2?For the research of NMAS transparent glass-ceramics:the crystal phase transparent microcrystalline glass with 4.8wt%ZrO2 doped showed the microhardness up to 8.56 GPa and bending strength up to 460 MPa after chemical strengthening at 450°C/6 h?heat-treated at 650°C/4h-700°C/2h?.A large number of nano-magnesium spinel is uniformly distributed in the glass phase,which plays a role in dispersion strengthening,The incorporation of ZrO2 slightly increases the high-temperature viscosity of the glass.?3?Study on ZrO2/NMAS composite glass-ceramics:When ZM3 sintered at 1300°C/3 h,the composite glass-ceramics was prepared with micro-hardness and fracture toughness up to 11.58 GPa and 9.42 MPa·m1/2,respectively.compared with ZM4(13.46 GPa and 9.32 MPa·m1/2 at 1300°C/3 h),the micro-hardness and fracture toughness of ZM3 meet the expectation.With the increase of ZrO2 content,the sintering temperature of multi-phase glass-ceramics gradually increases.However,the increase of sintering temperature promotes the sintering between ZrO2particles,and the sintering effect is best at 1300°C.The water absorption test results further confirmed that the minimum water absorption is 0.02%when ZrO2 addition was 70 wt%?ZM3?and 100 wt%?ZM4??...
