Strip processing is the basic process in the field of machining.The traditional strip processing technology can not meet the requirements of the mechanical field for its use.In order to reduce the processing cost of sheet metal in subsequent processing,it can make the sheet material have a certain shape or size when processing the embryo material,or directly form the plate with dimension accuracy,we called the special section panel.Based on the characteristics of the roll type,people divide the machining of the special-shaped cutting panel into the differential plate and the transverse variable thickness panel according to its deformation characteristics.The TRB adjusts its cross section thickness by adjusting the roll gap between the two pairs of rollers.The transverse variable thickness section panel changes the cross-section of the plate perpendicular to the rolling direction through the processing of the roller,of course,the 3D special-shaped cutting panel formed on the basis of the combination of the two processes.There are many researches on the TRB,but the research on the transverse thickness is less.In this paper,the forming characteristics of the longitudinal stiffened section plate are studied.The finite element simulation provides a very efficient and concise method and method for the experimental exploration in the field of machining.The experimental data that can not be obtained in the experiment can be obtained by simulation,and the loss in the experiment can be reduced.In this paper,the finite element simulation software ABAQUS is used to study the forming rule of the special-shaped section.In the investigation of the single pass forming process of the special-shaped cutting panel,we found that the different technological parameters have a very obvious effect on the increase of the height of the steel bar.The characteristics of the stress and strain of the sheet in the single pass rolling process are studied,and the flow law of metal in the process of deformation is understood.The influence of the bottom compression rate,the width of the bar and the ratio of the width of the plate,the coefficient of friction,the angle of the side wall and the thickness of the plate on the formation of the reinforcement of the special-shaped strip are studied in this paper.And the accuracy of the simulation results is reacted by means of experimental verification.Compared with the single pass forming of the special-shaped strip,the multipass forming of the special-shaped strip has the characteristics of lower rolling force and higher forming precision,but the process of forming is more complex.In exploring the process of multipass forming,we found that because of the tension between different roller groups,the metal flow rule in sheet metal forming process is different from that in single pass forming.Therefore,the stress and strain and the law of metal flow in the metal forming process are emphatically explored.On the basis of previous research,we explored the influence of different pass pressure,different friction coefficient distribution and different roller type distribution on multi pass forming of special-shaped cross section,The optimum parameters were obtained with 2.539 mm of absolute height and reinforcement ratio of 63.48%.Special section plate in the future is also very broad application prospects,Through the study of it,it can be a good guide to our subsequent sheet production process.,and a good base for the day after the special section plate into play,it has far-reaching significance.
