At present,the whole tobacco industry in our country is facing unprecedented sales pressure,the demand of cigarette market is weak,the sales pressure is great,the social inventory is on the high side,the gross profit of cigarette management is low,the satisfaction of retail households is declining,in particular,the cigarette market.Retailers are not motivated to order cigarettes,and some of the best-selling supply can not meet the market demand,there is a certain market gap.Therefore,in order to increase the profit of cigarette management,enhance the vitality of cigarette market,open up new market share,fill the existing market gap,alleviate the pressure of insufficient supply and disperse the risk of management,it is imperative to introduce new cigarettes.However,retailers have different acceptance of new cigarettes.Therefore,in order to improve the order rate of new cigarettes and open the market,it is very important to accurately select new cigarettes.This paper is based on the situation of cigarette consumption market in NQ county,using the method of data statistical analysis,to study the practical new cigarette placement strategy,to achieve accurate placement in order to improve the order rate of new cigarettes.This paper firstly discusses the marketing theory and precision marketing theory,then through the field visits,and combined with the actual work experience,determines the key factors that affect the retailers to order new cigarettes.Based on the analysis of the common characteristics of the retailers ordering new cigarettes,this paper studies the strategy of placing new cigarettes by calculating the potential value of the new cigarettes ordered by the retail households,and validates the actual placement of the new cigarettes.Further improvement is made after verification,and the final new cigarette placement strategy is obtained.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in,from the perspective of precision marketing,using the method of data statistical analysis,to analyze the attributes of the retailers ordering new cigarettes in NQ County,and to formulate the retailers selection strategy according to the analysis results.Compared with the current new cigarette placement strategy,the new cigarette placement strategy developed in this paper has higherpracticability,and the coefficient of the formula can be adjusted annually according to the order of the previous year.
