Antifouling surfaces refer to the surfaces which were satisfactory for inhibiting nonspecific adsorption of oil,protein and bacteria.Peptides are widely used in the construction of antifouling surfaces because of its good hydrophilicity.In this thesis,we taken advantage of the peptide to fabricate antifouling surfaces,including the oil-repellent PVDF membrane which was coated with peptide and the SPR chip which was modified by peptide amphiphile.The resulting antifouling surfaces were characterized using scanning electron microscope?SEM?,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy?XPS?and contact angle?CA?.Oil/water emulsion separation was used for estimating the antifouling ability and reusability of the modified PVDF membrane.Fluorescence microscope was used for the qualitative observing the absorption of FITC-BSA,and SPR was used for the quantitative measuring the nonspecific protein adsorption of BSA and milk.?1?We fabricated a superhydrophilic PVDF membrane by dip-coating method with dopamine and glutathione.This new PVDF membrane had excellent antifouling ability and reusability.After the modification,the PVDF membrane transformed from hydrophobic?120.62°?to strong hydrophilic?10.21°?;the pure water flux was increased from 0 L?m-2?h-1 to 9900±562 L?m-2?h-1;the BSA rejection ratio was improved to 97.23%;the flux of emulsion separation maintained at more than1000 L?m-2?h-1;the oil rejection ratio stayed above 97%;the flux recovery ratio remained higher than 90%;and the modified PVDF membrane could be repeatedly used up to 5 cycles without significant decrease in the flux.?2?We converted peptides into peptide amphiphile.Then the peptide amphiphile turned into nanofiber gel by the approach of Ca2+-induced self-assembly.At last the gel was used for fabricating protein-repellent surface by the spin-coating method.Compared with peptide self-assembled monolayers?SAMs?,the new modified surface had more hydrophilicity and more powerful antifouling performance.
