In recent years,natural polymer have attracted enormous research interest among scientific researchers due to its excellent properties,such as reproducibility,biodegradability,biocompatibility,etc.Natural polymer hydrogels are widely used in food,medicine,environment,chemical industry and so on.In this work,carboxymethylcellulose sodium?NaCMC?,the most widely used cellulose derivative,was choosed as the raw material to prepare NaCMC hydrogel through ionotropic gelation.And the drug control-release and photocatalytic properties of NaCMC hydrogel were investigated.The research mainly includes the following three parts:?1?AgNO3 was used as crosslinker to prepare NaCMC hydrogel and the Ag+ crosslinked with NaCMC was reduced into Ag nanoparticles by NaCMC under visible lighting conditions,which endow the hydrogel good antibacterial property.Diclofenac sodium?DS?was choosed as a model drug to study the controlled release behavior of NaCMC hydrogel.The results showed that the hydrogel is a good candidate for colon-targeted drug release.?2?NaCMC-gelatin interpenetrating network?IPN?hydrogel beads were prepared through sodium carboxymethyl cellulose/gelatin polymer solution crosslink with AgNO3 and glutaraldehyde?GA?.The morphology and composition of IPN hydrogel were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy?FT-IR?,Scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,X-ray diffraction?XRD?and Transmission electron microscopy?TEM?.The study were also investigate effect of the ratio of NaCMC/gelatin,the concentration of polymer solution and GA on the swelling properties and control release behavior of IPN hydrogel.The results show that a higher ratio of NaCMC/gelatin,concentration of polymer solution and GA corresponding to a slower drug release rate.?3?The NaCMC gel microspheres were prepared by the emulsion method and the Ag/AgCl nanoparticles were loaded under lighting condition.The Ag/AgCl nanoparticles loaded NaCMC gel microspheres were used as photocatalyst material.XRD,SEM,TEM,FT-IR,ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy?UV-vis?and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy?XPS?were used to characterize the composition and morphology of photocatalyst material.The photocatalytic activity of Ag/AgCl nanoparticles loaded NaCMC gel was studied by catalytic degradation of Rhodamine B?RhB?and the results show it is a good catalyst with good stability.
