Fracturing operations was adopted by oil and gas fields in order to increase production,but it brought a lot of fracturing wastewater,which has the characteristics of high COD value,high stability and high viscosity.If the wastewater was discharged without being effectively treated,the environment would be seriously polluted.In order to treatment the fracturing wastewater more targeted and more effectively,It is necessary to analyze the quality of fracturing wastewater in detail.Developed a more targeted performance flocculant based on the analyzion of the structure-activity relationship between flocculant and removal pollutant,and designed more effective treatment processes for wastewater.Firstly,three kinds of fracturing wastewater were analyzed,including basic analysis?pH,oil content,suspended solids concentration,COD value and so on?,composition of COD and organic components analysis.The flocculation performance of the flocculant was studied,and the optimum conditions are determined by single factor and orthogonal test.The structure-activity relationships between organic flocculant cationic degree,molecular weight and CODCr removal rate were studied:the greater the cationic degree,the more moderate molecular weight flocculant,the better removal of CODCr.Secondly,PAAA was synthesized by using 3-acryloyl-2-three hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride?AHPTAC?,acrylamide?AM?,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid?AMPS?.the best preparation condition were determined by orthogonal test and single factor test.The performance of PAAA and CPAM was compared:PAAA could be applied to a diversity of water,which has obvious effect on the removal of inorganic pollutants and organic pollutants.These tests were based on FuLing wastewater.Finally,the fracturing wastewater was treated by the combined process of"flocculation-microelectrolysis-oxidation".The conditions of micro electrolysis process,the type of oxidant?Fenton reagent and K2FeO4?and the oxidation conditions were investigated.Three kinds of fracturing wastewater were treated by the combined process,the quality of wastewater was obviously improved.The quality of Fuling wastewater after the treatment could be meet the national secondary emission standards..
