Rock drillability is one of the important parameters to determine drilling parameters and drill bit selection.The influencing factors include the physical and mechanical properties of the rock itself and the technical measures of the broken rock,and lithology is the most important factor affecting the rock drillability.Because each rock is composed of different minerals,different rock lithology contains different mineral composition and content,each mineral is composed of fixed chemical elements,so you can change the elemental composition and its content to determine the lithology,And to determine the rock drillability changes,so the use of elemental evaluation of rock drillability.In this paper,the use of XRF cuttings analysis equipment to measure the content of the main elements in the cuttings of the sample,this paper analyzes some of the six cuttings in six wells in the Moxi area of Sichuan Province by means of experimental research,theoretical analysis and mathematical statistics.The results show that the content of most elements is related to the drillability of the rock,and the Si element,the Al element,the Mg element,the element,the element,the element,the element,Ca element,K element and Fe element have a good correlation with the rock drillability,while Mn,Ti,S,Cl and other elements,although the overall correlation effect is not obvious,but in some special sections of the rock can drill Sexual impact.By analyzing and processing the elemental data of the six wells,the method of calculating the rock drillability of each well is obtained by analyzing and processing the mathematical statistics.The factors that are closely related to the drillability are obtained.Finally,all the elements of cuttings Based on the comprehensive analysis of the data,the rock drillability calculation model of the whole Moxi area is obtained.The model is compared with the rock drillability of the logging data processing,and it is found that the drillable grade value obtained by the two methods It is feasible to use the element content to predict the feasibility of rock drilling.It is feasible and feasible to calculate the rock drillability by using this method,and it has a low cost and has some practical significance.
