The volatile organic compounds(also called VOCs),which refers to the organic compound that participates in photochemical reactions in the atmosphere.It has a photochemical activity,is an important precursor for the formation of fine particles and ozone in the atmosphere.In addition to environmental toxicity,VOCs emissions from industrial sources have a greater harm to the human body,some of which are carcinogenic.The industry has also made rapid development with the steady growth of the national economy since twenty-first century,but the environmental problem has not been well resolved and cause great life troubles for people,especially from the beginning of the large-scale outbreak of haze in 2012.According to relevant statistics,a new standards for air quality monitoring was carried out in 2014,the number of prefecture level cities are more than 161,of which only about 16 cities come to the standard,the proportion of which were less than 10%.Moreover,the leakage of volatile organic compounds in petrochemical enterprises is flammable and explosive,and has great potential safety risk.Firstly,do some analysis and research to the process of the wastewater of a refinery in transport,storage and emissions.After which through the collection of relevant data and refinery sewage flow of sewage discharge flow chart,used the InnovOx TOC analyzer made from GE company to do the VOCs emissions accounting from the sewage treatment system of the petrochemical enterprises.According to the relevant flow and instrument results,we can estimate that the emissions of the refinery sewage treatment system for volatile organic compounds is about 90.72t/a.This paper also makes a comparative study between the data and the methodology published in the "guidelines for the investigation of VOCs pollution sources in petrochemical industry",the results show that if the actual measurement method is used,the data obtained will be much smaller than that obtained by the theoretical formula,which verifies the reliability of the measured method as well as can reflect the emission situation of the enterprise more theoretical.Secondly,this paper do some more air consisitant research to the 9 closed pools in the enterprise based on the emissions of the refinery,and usedg a portable time of flight mass spectrometer to analyze the toxic and harmful substances in the pool.The results show that the set of wells,the refinery oil pool is widespread thick taste.In those ponds,the catalytic reforming oil separation tank belong to the Oil 1# has a higher concentration of BTEX and ether substances which were high risk,and most of the emission sources of liquefied gas washing tank belongs to V3302,in which we can focus on the tank LDAR.This paper focuses on the simulation of the explosion results of the ponds which have a large amount of pollution emissions,and further analyzes has been done to the danger of the concentration of volatile organic compounds in confined space.The research shows that although the explosion results are no powerful compare to the fuel tank,a small range will have great shock wave,which will cause casualties and property lossesFinally,this paper analyzes the potential risk sources of enterprises,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures according to the relevant information that enterprise provides and experimental results of the refinery. |
