Large-scale construction machinery coating paint exhaust gas has the features of large air volume and low concentration.Its main component is VOCS.Previously there were no special treatment equipment,and exhaust gas are collected through the exhaust cylinder directly leading to atmosphere polluted and damaging human health.Atpresent,domestic and foreign single methods are unable to treat such waste gaseconomically and effectively.In this paper,the RC + RTO three-stage exhaust gas treatment system is designed.Through the online monitoring system and the environmental monitoring department,the system has fully met the design requirements and all benefits are significant.This article has the following aspects:(1)Paper studies engineering machinery structural parts paint waste gas through the calculation and quantitative detection,and it offers suitable treatment programfor the characteristics of such waste gas and governance requirements.(2)It describes the composition and working principle of RC + RTO management system,and designs the subsystems.The online monitoring system is designed to verify the effect of management and ensure the long-term operation of the equipment.(3)Study shows that exhaust gas from RC + RTO systemafter three levels of discharge concentration fully meet the design requirements,and the system exhaust gas treatment efficiency is higher than 98%.(4)After the system was put into operation,the VOCS emission of volatile organic compounds decreased significantly,and the social and environmental benefits were significant,and it also created considerable economic benefits.In this paper,the design of the RC + RTO exhaust gas comprehensive treatment system is applied to the treatment of paint exhaust gas.The volatile organic VOCS in the paint exhaust gas is converted into clean gas.The concentrated VOCS is converted into carbon dioxide and water at high temperature used in waste heat recycling.The design and application of this system has successfully solved the problem that has long been troubled by the difficulty of governance of the construction machinery.It will play a demonstration and lead in the treatment of paint exhaust gas.
