As an energy source,oil plays an important role in national economic development.At present,most oil fields in our country are in the "three low "state namely "low permeability,low porosity and low bottom pressure.In order to be able to change the state of "three lows"and put forward the strategy of "high efficient and low consumption" at home and abroad,manufacturing pumping equipment that are at lower production costs and can improve the efficiency of the pumping unit has become the key to that question.The main content of this paper is as follows:Based on conventional beam pumping unit,its balance way has been changed and the compound hydraulic balance methods of drive torque pumping unit is reformed.The working principle of The Adjustable Diameter And Changeable Toque Pumping Unit(ADACTPU)is expounded;the kinematic analysis of beam pumping unit is carried out and the load of suspension point is calculated,which provides a theoretical basis for balance analysis.According to the kinematic analysis,dynamic analysis of beam pumping unit and the calculation of suspension point load,the relationship between the piston rod amount and crank angle during the process of the balance adjustment can be calculated so as to make balance regulation of pumping unit.At the same time,the balance calculation of pumping unit and the acceleration of the suspending point are carried out.Through the above three parts of contents,the calculation formula of reducer' net torque is deduced,which provides a theory basis for size structure optimization of ADACTPU..Through the understanding of the optimization,the objective function is the net torque of the reducer about size structure optimization of ADACTPU.At the same time,by means of studying MATLAB optimization method,the optimal method is determined,the size of the drive torque pumping unit structure optimization is adjusted.Through the structure design of the hydraulic system and the force analysis of hydraulic cylinder,the required theory data of kinematics simulation of hydraulic cylinder is obtained.Then the hydraulic cylinder and the servo valve are analyzed,the transfer function in the control process is obtained and the relationship diagram between the piston rod scale amount and crank angle is simulated.
