Amine decarbonization is widely used in natural gas pretreatment area.The foaming properties of the amine decarburization formula have an important effect on the stable operation of the natural gas decarburization plant.At present,the selection of amine liquid formula mainly focused on the absorption and desorption properties,and often neglected the foaming characteristics of amine solution;the selected amine solution was used in the factory,which may lead to the decrease of solution purification effect,dissatisfaction of solution regeneration,fog entrainment and so forth.Therefore,it is very important to study the foaming characteristics of amine solution.In this paper,the foaming characteristics of mixed amine solution and mixed amine solution with impurities were investigated.The research of foaming characteristics of single amine solution was analyzed by the foaming height and foam-breaking time,combined with the operation parameters of the factory,the appropriate experimental conditions were determined.On the basis of the research of single amine solution,the foaming experiment of mixed amine solution itself was studied,the foaming characteristics of different kinds and concentration of amine solution were investigated,the experimental data was fitted by MATLAB software,and the foaming prediction of different amine solution was realized.Based on the previous studies,four optimal amine solution were obtained,and compared with the influence of single impurity on the foaming characteristics formula of four amine solution,and gave a control range in the factory amine;After the effect of single impurity on the formula of amine liquid,the foaming characteristics of different kinds and concentration of mixed impurities were studied.Through fitting the experimental data,the foaming prediction of different amine solution containing impurities was established to lay a theoretical foundation for the screening of amine solution and industrial application.
