In this paper,the process model of incinerator furnace and the model of incinerator exhaust system are established for the existing gas purification plant exhaust gasincinerator.Specifically,ANSYS DesignModeler is used to construct the model,and the grid is divided by ANSYS Meshing.Finally,FLUENT is used to set the calculation,calculation and postprocessing and data processing.Finally,the flow rate and temperature distribution of each part of the model are obtained.Numerical simulation of the influence of temperature field,velocity field and pressure field distribution on the operating conditions such as incineration temperature,acid gas residence time and excess air coefficient can be seen.The results show that the incineration temperature,reaction residence time,Load,excess air coefficient,etc.is a complex system involving each parameter.When the incineration temperature is determined,the required amount of fuel gas can be obtained based on the corresponding amount of acid gas.After selecting a reasonable excess air coefficient,the amount of air required for combustion can be obtained according to the combustible gas content and the fuel gas quantity in the acid gas.Total amount of flue gas produced per unit time.After determining the total amount of gas entering and leaving the furnace per unit time,the heat load of the incinerator can be determined according to the incineration temperature.The furnace size can be calculated according to the reasonable residence time and the calorific value per unit volume of the furnace.In addition,through the smoke and chimney venting system within the exhaust process simulation calculation,the flue gas temperature and pressure cascade distribution,to guide the incineration venting system cylinder diameter,lining practices and other technical conditions to determine the design.Taking into account the above conclusions,combined with the actual operation of the purification plant exhaust gasincinerator,and ultimately get a complete set of natural gas purification plant exhaust gasincinerator R & D technical solutions to the natural gas purification plant exhaust gastreatment to provide theoretical basis and scientific guidance.
