Research On The Strategic Cost Management Of SL Oilfield

Oil and natural gas has always been the important strategic resources of a country.A steady supply of oil and gas is the foundation of modern economic sustainable development and social stability.However our country petroleum enterprises encountered many problems nowadays,the development of the sustainability of oil and gas resources has received the serious threat,and it has an effect of the oil companies and the sustainable development of regional economy.In recent years,with the optimization of our country petroleum enterprise's value chain and the advance of the reform,to carry out the strategic cost management and improve the economic benefit and the international competitiveness has become the key problems of sustainable development of oil enterprises.In this paper,through on-the-spot investigation about the present situation of petroleum enterprise cost management,to analyze the current oil enterprise strategic cost management problems and the reasons,and combining with SL oilfield,first analyze the SL oilfield of strategic cost drivers,determine the key strategic cost drivers and optimize it,Second,the strategy of value chain analysis was carried out on the SL oilfield,to set up value chain model,and carry out empirical analysis on the value chain,and finally,to apply the enterprise strategic cost management system of oil field.In this paper,according to the idea of literature review and theoretical analysis firstly,the status quo analysis secondly,model application thirdly,the empirical analysis of the research at last,to carry out the theory discussion and empirical analysis on the base of the sustainable development of the petroleum enterprise strategic cost management problems,hoping to raise the level of oil enterprise's strategic cost management.
