Study On Energy Consumption Analysis And Countermeasures Of SDSH Refinery

With the development of technology,the domestic oil refining enterprises' management change from extensive management to intensive management,and the work of saving energy and reducing consumption becomes more and more important,it has very important significance to control the level of energy consumption and to take measures of energy savings of the enterprises on corporate profits.And oil refining industry is the important industry chain of China's energy strategy implementation,now under the strategy of current implementation of saving energy and reducing consumption of energy policy,the study conforms to the national macro policy.And the study has the important significance on improving the s enterprise competitiveness and promoting China's energy saving energy policy implementation.SDSH refinery is a newly completed refinery company,and been started to production in recent year.I have studied on SDSH refinery energy management situation,researched and analyzed on the new technology of energy saving and new equipment applications,collected and analyzed the data of energy consumption of the main equipment,and compared with the energy consumption of the same type of equipment in domestic.By comparison with other equipment,it is concluded the gap of energy consumption index of SDSD and other enterprises,combined with the research on energy management,then giving some corresponding suggestions on the SDSH refinery energy consumption management,energy saving equipment and technology application and whole plant's energy design.
