Research On Project Management Application Of Gas Equipment Maintenance Engineering For SX Oilfield

The quality of maintenance project management of natural gas equipment is not only related to enterprise operation revenue,it also affects the stable supply of downstream households.That how to better carry out maintenance work of natural gas equipment,reduce downtime,reduce the waste of natural gas resources,improve the reliability of the device,decrease the failure rate,achieve a smooth operation,is the main problem to be considered for all natural gas production enterprises.This paper,combining the project management theory with the SX oilfield gas equipment maintenance engineering management practice,thoroughly studies the application of project management theory in the maintenance project of the natural gas equipment.This paper briefly describes the research status of project management theory in the equipment maintenance field at home and abroad,and then analyzes the status of the SX oilfield gas equipment maintenance,deeply analyses the existing problems.Based on actual conditions of natural gas equipment maintenance,this paper specific studies how to effectively apply project management theory,tools and methods to natural gas equipment overhaul project,then how to improve organization management,schedule management,quality management and risk management of maintenance project of natural gas equipment,so that it helps to accomplish the goal of enhancing the maintenance project management of natural gas equipment effectively.This article shows that the application of project management in natural gas equipment maintenance project can make the organization more efficient,progress control more scientific,quality control more rigorous,safety and risk control more implemented,and thus achieve perfect results.
