Research On Shougang Equipment Maintenance Project Management System Reengineering

Shougang as the large steel manufacturing enterprise with steelmaking,iron making,wires and sheet metal,carries the extraordinary management of large and medium maintenance projects in different manufacturing companies and mines,maintenance scheduling with seriousness and effective control of budgeting and progress.To further improvement of rational use of maintenance costs,in April of 2007,the company has carried comprehensive budgeting management in equipment maintenance costs,and also included.the control of daily maintenance costs into the scope of budgeting control management.This thesis is based on the project management theory,researching and developing the planning,scheduling and controlling of equipments maintenance projects at all levels in annual repairs,scheduled maintenance repairs and routine maintenance projects,at meantime,examining the necessity of equipment maintenance project management system reengineering,and proposing the scheme of equipment maintenance project management system reengineering.Firstly,by introducing the equipment maintenance project management overview,it analysis the status of equipment maintenance project management system from the perspective of project management,and points out the necessity and favorable conditions of equipment maintenance project management system reengineering.Secondly,based on the theory of project management,it analysis the main achievable functions of equipment maintenance project management system,and how to grade project management.Thirdly,by proposing the extension the PM module functions of ERP system,it achieves the concept of equipment maintenance project management at all levels.Finally,from the perspective of project management,examine applicability of the equipment maintenance management system reengineering scheme in "one industry at multi-location".The overview summaries the contributions of the equipment maintenance project management system reengineering scheme in project management theory especially,in multi-enterprise project management theory and practices.
